Sports Therapy Services

By using our service, you acknowledge that:

  • no online service is a perfect substitute for an “in-person” consultation with a sports therapist; and
  • it is general advice and guidance relating to sports therapy that you are receiving as our service, as it has not been possible to undertake a thorough assessment as would normally be provided in-person
  • we are unable to guarantee that our advice or guidance will result in a cure of your particular complaint or condition.

We provide advice and guidance that we believe are likely (based upon our experience and training) to be effective, but we cannot guarantee results.

Full understanding of any advice and guidance given is required. You must not act on any advice nor implement any treatment program unless you fully understand it. Please ask any questions before acting on any advice provided by us, and if implementing any form of treatment program, you acknowledge that you undertake treatment under your own supervision and take responsibility for your own safety and well-being during that treatment.

You must immediately cease acting upon any advice given by us and cease any treatment program if you experience any pain or discomfort. In these circumstances, you must contact us or another qualified professional as soon as possible.

You must not pass on or provide our advice and guidance to any other person and we assume no duty of care in relation to any third persons.

Clinical notes will be taken during your booking and kept digitally on a password protected encrypted hard drive. You can request a copy of these notes, as well as request they be amended or deleted entirely, at any time.

It may become obvious to us that our services are not suitable for you. In these circumstances, we will not provide the services to you. Instead, we will suggest an alternative course of action.

In this regard, you agree to provide us with accurate and complete information in response to questions which we ask of you that could reasonably be expected to be relevant to your condition or treatment.
